Nokia has finally announced that the low-end Windows Phone 8 device Nokia Lumia 620 will be officially launched on February 11th 2013 in Germany. The device will cost €269 and will be available in various colors. Lumia 620 will also be available on  Vodafone contract from € 9.90.
