The Samsung ATIV S is a much delayed handset, but every once in a while some signs of life show up.
The latest is dummy units of the device showing up at Bell stores in Canada, where it is expected to arrive on shelves (hopefully) in mid-December, and be on sale for $600 commitment-free.
The handset, which was the first Windows Phone announced, has been slipping launch dates for some weeks now, and is expected as late at early next year in some locations.
