Facebook For Windows Phone 7.x Devices Updated To v2.8

Facebook app for Windows Phone just got updated o v2.8. There is no change log mentioned in the release, so if you find any changes, let us know in the comments section below. The previous update v2.7 brought some bug fixes, performance improvements and I guess it will be the same in the case of v2.8 too.

Update: Jens was kind enough to upload these screen shots from the app running on Windows Phone 7.8, where the changes are now apparent. The update allows one to create a double-wide tile, and it will use your banner image or last status update as the content on the banner.
