“White HTC 8X” turns out to be Japanese HTC J Butterfly, says HTC

It turns out that White HTC 8X is in fact an Android handset, the HTC J Butterfly, released in Japan and now also in the USA as the HTC Droid DNA, at least according to HTC USA.

The placement of the model’s finders unfortunately cover the main distinguishing feature between the two handsets, but it is of note that the headphone socket is more prominent on the HTC 8X than the J Butterfly.  That HTC logo on the back is also much larger and closer in appearance to the HTC 8X than the J Butterfly.
