We do not know how many apps achieved the feat, but Fhotoroom just announced on their official twitter account that they have passed 1 million downloads of their Windows Phone Photo filter app.

The app, which was released in the beginning of the year has been averaging 100,000 downloads a month and saw a 130% boost with the release of Windows Phone 8, has been named the best Windows Phone photo app of 2012 by wp7applist, and currently boasts 4 out of 5 stars in the Windows Phone Store.

The team has also released a Windows 8 and Windows RT version, which has seen very strong adoption already, and is growing even faster than the Windows Phone version.

Despite all of that the app remains free and can be found in the Windows Phone Store here.
